Crestum Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how Crestum collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile app, account features, mentors, strategies, paper trading, and customer support.

1. Information We Collect
Account information may include email address, nickname, avatar, invite code, language preference, login status, and account settings.
Usage information may include pages viewed, strategies, mentors, favorites, follows, notification read status, paper strategy activation records, paper trading tasks, and related data.
Technical information may include IP address, device type, browser, operating system, app version, logs, error reports, request time, and security audit records.
Support information may include contact details, issue descriptions, and communications you submit by email, website buttons, or third-party communication tools.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate logins, send verification codes, display strategies and mentors, save favorites and follows, provide paper strategy experiences, and deliver notifications.
We also use information for security, risk control, troubleshooting, analytics, service improvement, abuse prevention, compliance responses, and customer support.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising unrelated to Crestum services.
3. Paper Trading and Financial Data
Strategy activation and trading displays in the mobile app are primarily for paper trading simulation. Paper tasks, paper flows, and performance views are used to provide product features and improve the experience.
Crestum does not custody real funds and does not provide deposits or withdrawals. If some versions support exchange API connections, we process only the data necessary for the scope you authorize.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to maintain login status, remember language preferences, improve security, measure usage, and improve page experience.
You may restrict cookies through browser settings, but some login or personalization features may not work properly.
5. Information Sharing
We may share necessary information with service providers for cloud hosting, email delivery, data storage, log analytics, security protection, customer support, and website hosting.
These providers may process information only under our instructions and should use reasonable security measures. We may also disclose necessary information when required by law, to protect rights, or to respond to security incidents.
6. Data Retention
We retain information as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including while your account exists, while services are provided, during dispute resolution, or as required by law.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or take other reasonable steps to reduce identifiability.

You may view and update some account information in the app or website, and you may request account deletion.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
8. Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from the profile section of the iOS app. After the request is completed, we delete or anonymize account profile data, access tokens, follows, favorites, notifications, and paper trading data associated with your account.
Limited records may be retained for security, compliance, dispute handling, audit, or backup recovery purposes for a limited period.
9. Security Measures
We use transport encryption, access controls, token management, log monitoring, and least-privilege practices to protect information.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and avoid logging in from untrusted devices or networks.
10. Children, International Transfers, and Contact
Crestum is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because we provide online services, your information may be processed outside your region. We take reasonable steps to protect information processed across borders.
